Background:

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union.

It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU.

We collect the personal information directly from you and will be updated as and when the information changes.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending out updates on the relevant funds that you have requested to receive. These can be weekly, monthly or quarterly

  • Sending out invitations to roadshows, conference calls and any other event that we might organise.

We do NOT share your personal information with any third party.

We do not transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area

Where is your personal information stored?

Your personal information is stored on our in house servers and not on any cloud based system.

What should you do it your personal information changes?

You should tell us so that we can update our records. We’ll then update your records if we can.

Do we do any monitoring involving processing of your personal information?

In this section monitoring means any: listening to, recording of, viewing of, intercepting of, or taking and keeping records (as the case may be) of calls, email, text messages, social media messages, in person (face to face) meetings and other communications.

We may monitor and keep emails relating to ongoing communication but this is only for our own purposes and will not be shared with any third party

For how long is your personal information retained by us?

Unless we explain otherwise to you, we’ll hold your personal information based on the following criteria:
